At Lunelle London, we’re pleased to offer Free UK Shipping on all orders with no minimum spend.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and personalised jewellery may take a little longer to create - please allow 3-5 business days from crafting to dispatch.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days via Royal Mail or another trusted UK courier. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional courier delays may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us at info@lunellelondon.com so we can help locate your parcel.
