Yes! Our pieces are water, sweat, and everyday-life proof. You can shower, work out, and go about your day without worrying about tarnishing.

Q: Will the color fade or change over time?
Our jewelry is made to last, but we always recommend removing it when applying perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals to prolong its shine.

Please email us immediately at info@lunellelondon.com if you'd like to change or cancel your order. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

UK orders: Arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch

International orders: Usually arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on your location

Q: What if I don't receive my order?

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
We get it sometimes things change. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at info@lunellelondon.com with your order number. We'll do our best to make the change or cancel it before it’s on its way.

Q: Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from the United Kingdom.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
No! We currently ship across the UK only. If we don’t ship to your location yet, let us know, we’re expanding soon.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Q: How do I request a return?
Email us at info@lunellelondon.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Q: When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.

Q: How do I return an item?
To request a return, email us at info@lunellelondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • In original packaging
  • In perfect condition

Q: What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s complete.
