- Custom and personalised jewellery may take 7–10 business days to craft before dispatch.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking details once it ships.
Delivery Time
- Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days via Royal Mail or a trusted UK courier.
- Please note that delivery times may vary during busy seasons or due to postal delays beyond our control.
Delivery Area
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
