Refund policy

At Lunelle London, every piece is made with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your jewellery, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Custom Jewellery

Because custom and personalised pieces are made uniquely for you, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.
If your custom order arrives with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly  either through a replacement or repair.

Non-Custom Jewellery

For non-custom items, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email us at info@lunellelondon.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please Note

  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

  • Always ensure items are securely packaged when returning.
