RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Lunelle London, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with love and care. We hope you adore your jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Custom & Personalised Jewellery

Because custom and personalised pieces are made uniquely for you, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect custom piece, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lunellelondon.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement, or refund.

Non-Custom Jewellery

For non-custom items, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • In resellable condition

To start a return, email info@lunellelondon.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with the return address and next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please Note

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not cover return postage unless the item is faulty.
  • Items lost in return transit without proof of postage cannot be refunded.
